Jane Clifton is best known for her role as Margo Gaffney in the Australian drama series Prisoner. Jane will appear on the soap when she plays guest character Judge Willow. She will be filming on location with the Neighbours' team and will feature in five episodes late November.
Her arrival at the show's Nunawading studios gave Jane the chance to catch up with her former Prisoner co-horts Janet Andrewwartha (who played toughie Reb Kean ) and Jackie Woodburne (who played the higly intelligent thief Julie "Chook" Egbert).
Janet is said to be constantly amazed by the legion of fans of the iconic prison drama that still exist afer nearly 25 years.
In other news, actor Gemma Pranita has joined the cast of Neighbours. The 24-year-old will play Jade Mitchell and arrives on Ramsay Street to expose a dark secret of her on-screen sister Sonya, played by Eve Morey.
Gemma comes from a theatrical background to secure a 12 month contact with Neighbours, debuting in December this year.
